motivation…or lack thereof
okay…here goes nothing. i’m not much of a blogger, so i don’t know how well this is going to work. mostly, i’m starting this blog as a means of support to keep my big butt motivated to keep running.
it’s getting harder. there are so many excuses; so many reasons to just call it quits like i have so many other times. time, weather, physical pain, outrageously unrealistic expectations…there are so many reasons. not good reasons, just reasons. the amount of time i have in the day continues to lessen as the days grow shorter and winter approaches. in 90 degree heat it’s silly to imagine the blistering cold of winter, but the slight tinge of gold on the leaves of the trees and the darkness that comes more quickly now whispers that it’s coming.
i’m having trouble with my breathing. my chest hurts even after a few minutes, and i start coughing and can’t stop. i don’t know what that’s about. weird.
i’ll probably edit this later, but for now i’m done rambling. i wonder if this is something i’ll regret trying to start later…

Don’t stop blogging or running.
There are so many wonderful supportive Blogging Running Friends (BRFs) out there just like you and me. We’re often looking for our motivation and answers.
Don’t know why you would regret this. The running is wonderful and the blogging just takes times to meet others and exchange ideas.
Keep up your good work!
